How do I Play the Fix-the-Ball Game?
The image you see below is a copy of the original. But in this image below we have digitally removed the ball.
To win the competition and so Win your car, you need to use your skill and common sense to click your tickets as crosses (X) directly onto the image where you think the centre of the ball was before we removed it.
If you are using a mobile or tablet Tap and drag anywhere on the screen to move the red cursor then just tap the 'FIRE X' button to place an X at the crosshair position.
This is a game of 20% skill and 80% common sense, not a randomly generated lottery or a gamble. You look at the players in the image. Look at their body language and look at their eyes and where they are looking. Try to imagine what has just happened or is just about to happen and don’t forget that the ball is probably moving at pace. It’s the same level of simplicity or difficulty for everyone so everyone is in the same boat as you.
If you’ve placed a cross but want to move it, simply Tap the 'FIND X' button repeatedly until the X you want to move turns red then Tap the 'DEL X' button to remove it. Then drag the red crosshair to its new position and Tap the 'FIRE X' button as before to put it in its new position.
If you are using a laptop or desktop simply hover your mouse over the 'REPLAY' buttons in the ticket menu to the right until the X you want to move turns red, than click the 'REPLAY' button to remove it. Then just reposition your mouse and click anywhere else on the image as before to put it somewhere else.
You can do this as many times as you like with as many crosses as you like until you are completely happy with all your cross (X) positions.
Then just click the green “Go To Checkout >”, button… or, click the green “< Add/Remove Tickets” button to back to Step 1 and add or delete tickets. If you add tickets come back to Step 2 and play them.
Get clicking (or tapping!) and Good Luck!
About draw functions
The drawing lines function can be useful if the image shows 2 or more players looking in the same direction and you think that they may be looking at the ball.
Click the 'Draw lines' button and click and drag your lines from their eyes along their line of sight to see where they intersect. This could be a good indication of where the ball may have been before it was removed.
However, you should also remember that the ball was likely moving at speed when the picture was taken so bear that in mind.
After you've drawn your lines of sight remember to click the 'Draw Lines' button again to disable it before starting to 'Fire' your crosses.
